FUTSAL COACHING CERTIFICATE

For coaches training players 13 years and below

This 3 hour course is aimed at Futsal Coaches who are working with junior players up to the age of 13. During this course you will see be a part of  sessions dealing with the fundamentals of Futsal together with other information on simple formations of play. The course is non-assessed and all practical, allowing the candidate to get involved in the actual training sessions should they wish to. The course also encourages involving group discussion aimed at sharing experiences.

 

FUTSAL COACHING LICENSE

For coaches training players 13 years and above

When undertaking the 8 hour Community Futsal License course one will experience a similar atmosphere to the a Futsal Certificate course. It is totally practical and has the same focus on group discussion to assist learning outcomes. Naturally the course covers the game in greater detail by delving into more tactical aspects of the game and is aimed at coaches working with players above the age of 13. This course has been developed from the FIFA Futsal coaching manual and permission has been sought to use some of the practices from that resource.

ADVANCED COURSES

 

AFC FUTSAL LEVEL 1

6 day course being the entry point for Futsal coaches. The course has a focus on the development of players individual technique and tactics, an introduction to dualities and transition.  The AFC coaching process and methodology are introduced, with both instructor and participant led practical sessions. Participants are required to successfully demonstrate an understanding of the coaching process and methodology in an on course practical, as well as a dissertation.

 

AFC FUTSAL LEVEL 2

The AFC Futsal level 2 course is a 7 day course with a focus on dualities and groups of 3 within the game. The level 2 course expands on concepts of training the individual players role within group situations,  transitional play, Goal Keeper techniques, set plays and an understanding of the physiological aspects of players and the effects of training. Participants are required to demonstrate understanding through two practicals.
