Represented South Australia as a Player and captain, played for Croatia, Juventus/Adelaide City and Para Hills. Was captain of Juventus for 6 years and Adelaide City’s first captain in its inaugural NSL year, was also the first winner of The Advertiser Golden Boots Award in 1977
