Cove Marion WFC to launch new ALDI MiniRoos for Girls program

Cove Marion WFC are expanding, and they want your daughter to join the fun!

The club are looking for more young budding female footballers to join their club, with the launch of a brand new ALDI MiniRoos for Girls Kick Off program for all abilities!

The new site will officially launch on Sunday 19th August at the club's 'Come & Try' day, which runs from 10am - 12pm. Come and try a FREE ALDI MiniRoos session, enjoy a snag or two and soak up the atmosphere while the club's juniors take to the field. No registration required, just turn up and enjoy!

Girls coordinator for Cove Marion WFC, Larissa Willoughby is looking to take advantage of the recent success of our national Women's team.

"With the recent success of the Matilda's, there has been a rapid rise in girls wanting to play football. Here at Cove Marion WFC we provide a friendly, nurturing environment for girls to start their football journey. I am very excited to announce our ALDI MiniRoos for girls program which kicks off with our Gala Day this Sunday."

Then on Wednesday 22 August, the program resumes and will run every Wednesday for 6 weeks, from 5-6pm.

The program costs just $50 and all girls will receive an ALDI MiniRoos participant pack!

On Wednesday 15 August, FFSA will be conducting an ALDI MiniRoos certificate for coaches to give individuals in the area the opportunity to learn new techniques in coaching the next generation of juniors.

On Saturday, keep your eyes peeled as FFSA and Cove Marion WFC will be at Event Cinema in Marion. Come and have a shot at the inflatable kicking target and say hello. We may even have some giveaways!
