Football SA are looking for enthusiastic individuals that want to become further involved in all things football! If you are seeking to expand your knowledge and understanding of football, the Eastern Zone Game Day Leader or Supervisor Role is perfect for you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
SUPERVISOR (must be at least 18 Years Old)
- Ensure venue is set up and packed up appropriately
- Ensure matches start and finish on time
- Coordinate the collection of team sheets pre-match and post-match
- Ensure Rules and Regulations are being implemented at all times
- Any other tasks as directed by Football SA
GAME LEADER (referee)
- Assist with any set up of goals and pitches as required
- Ensure matches start and finish on time
- Act as a Game Leader/Referee and ensure players are enjoying the game and learning the rules in a fun environment
- Ensure teams upload team sheets pre-match and submit these onto the Dribl App
- Any other tasks as directed by Football SA
Volunteer and paid roles are available based on the individuals experience
Matches are played on Saturday mornings during May to September (there are no games during school holidays or June long weekend) for ages U6 to U12.
Supervisors are required from approximately 7:45am to 12:30pm at East Torrens Primary School, East Marden Primary School, Paradise Primary School and ServiceFM Stadium.
