At Saturday evening’s Celebration of Football Awards Night, Football Federation South Australia unveiled a fresh brand identity in line with Football Federation Australia and its member federations.
Moving forward, the state’s governing body will be known as Football South Australia.
Football South Australia CEO Michael Carter welcomed the transition.
“Our logo presents an updated, corporate image that has largely been selected by the community through a series of social media surveys where in excess of 7,000 votes were cast.”
The unveiling of Football South Australia’s brand identity follows the successful rebrand of the Hyundai A-League, Westfield W-League, Foxtel Y-League, the national governing body, and fellow member federations. The Football South Australia website has now changed to www.footballsa.com.au and company emails updated to @footballsa.com.au for all future communication.
Football South Australia will commence using the new logo and identity effective immediately, with a full transition to take place over the coming weeks.
