Football Facilities Plan Update

Football Federation South Australia (FFSA) wishes to provide the following update on its Football Facilities Plan ahead of the beginning of the 2017 Season.

As discussed at a recent Club Operations meeting, Facility Development will continue to be a focus of Football Federation South Australia.

The $10 million announcement made by Treasurer, Tom Koutsantonis MP and Minister for Sport, Leon Bignell in 2016 was a tremendous moment for South Australian Football. As a result of this funding, we are nearing completion of developments at The Parks Football Centre in Angle Park and at Modbury Jets Soccer Club.

The Board and Management of FFSA is focused on the refreshment of the Football Facilities Development Plan to ensure that as a tier one sport, we are looking to the future.

To assist this planning, FFSA wants to hear from Member Clubs in regard to their immediate and future needs.
Accordingly, you are all invited to participate in a short survey about your facilities including pitches, lighting and buildings.

The information you provide will assist in determining the current and future high level infrastructure need for football. Once responses are received, this survey will be used to compile a refreshed plan for presentation to the State Government.
