Football SA is pleased to be conducting the Junior Coaching Conference 2024.
This forum is scheduled for 6pm to 8pm on Monday 18 March 2024. All Football South Australia Junior Coaches are highly encouraged to attend the coaching conference ahead of the 2024 season. It will be held in the Function Room at ServiceFM Stadium. Places are limited, so please encourage your coaches to go to the below link and register.

The Junior Coaching Conference is a pivotal event in Football SA's calendar, designed to foster a community of excellence among our coaching fraternity. The event will offer an exclusive opportunity for coaches to enhance their coaching prowess, stay updated on the latest methodologies, and network with peers and industry experts.

Coaching Qualifications
All coaches appointed to coach within the Junior and MiniRoos competition must hold a coaching qualification. This is a timely reminder that The minimum accreditation to coach in the Football SA Junior Competitions:
Per the Junior Boys Competition Operating Regulations:
- Junior Premier League A and B Divisions - C Diploma
- Junior Premier League - C Division and JSL Foundation of Football
- Miniroos Under 6 – 11 MiniRoos Certificate
Per Junior Girls Competition Operating Regulations:
- Under 12 – 1 Girls 7 - Foundation of Football Certificate
- MiniRoos - MiniRoos Certificate
All registered coaches must have a valid DCSI Working with Children Check.
Foundation of Football
Football Australia have confirmed that Foundation of Football will replace the existing senior certificate, game training and skill training certificates. Please see upcoming Foundation of Football Courses
