Football South Australia is delighted to announce a new three-year partnership with Veo Technologies, a global leader in AI-powered sports recording and analysis.
The partnership will see Football South Australia Technical and Coach Education Staff use Veo’s AI camera technology to record and analyse training sessions and games, in an effort to help players and coaches develop at both the elite and community level.
Additionally, the partnership will provide discount offers for affiliated clubs and associations to purchase Veo products, as well as educational support for the South Australian football community as clubs continue to embrace and invest in the development of their players and coaches.
Alec Wilson, Coach Education Manager at Football SA welcomed the new and exciting partnership:
“Veo technology is already being used by a number of clubs across South Australia. We’re excited to begin using the technology within our own pathway programs and sharing its capabilities with clubs across regional and metropolitan South Australia, as they continue providing the best possible environment for players, coaches and officials to develop.”
Partnership Manager at Veo Technologies Jerry Jarnald said:
“We here at Veo are really delighted to start working together with Football SA. The staff has shown proactiveness and a willingness to develop football together with us, their clubs and associations. As a part of the agreement, we will discount the price and make Veo even more affordable but also send out relevant and development focused content which hopefully inspires coaches, players and parents.”
Used by more than 7,000 sports clubs in 85 countries, Veo Technologies provide a portable and affordable video solution which enables sports teams to record and analyse matches and training sessions without the need for a camera operator. Veo’s software then creates a full viewable recording of the match, using AI technology which enables the camera to follow the ball. Users can then study their match, cut highlights and share with players.
