Mell Targino – Football SA

“I am very happy for the opportunity to take the team to Nationals. We have a lot of talent and experience within the group and will be good to see what they can put together. Excited with the great addition from ACT and youth pararoos squad player Luc Launder”

The team has been training together at Adelaide Atletico FC (club has been supporting the athletes and donated $4k towards player’s fees) for a couple of years and have been making progress, they also compete together in Football SA’s inclusive league – the Bedford Community League.

Chris Okely - Captain

“To continue on leading the team as captain my own way and keep the environment fun and lead the way at the tournament for off-field culture within the team”

Taylor Harvey  (part of pararoos squad – training camps early this year and many times in previous years)

“My team goal is to be competitive against all of the other states and be able to showcase the progress we have made through our training.”

Tim Moore – Goal Keeper

“I think Bronze medal would be a realistic goal for us, with silver as a stretch. Both WA and NSW A teams are going to be very hard to beat but I think we should be well matched against QLD, Vic, NSW B, and ACT.”
