Football SA is delighted to announce the squads that are heading to Canberra for the FFA National Futsal Championships.
Eleven Football SA teams will take part in the FFA National Futsal Championships which will be held in Canberra from 13 – 17 January 2020.
110 players – boys, girls and Athletes with Disabilities – will represent Football SA with the aim of becoming the best in the country.
Alex Sunasky, Junior Football & Futsal Coordinator, says the players are looking forward to the challenge:
Our squads have been working tirelessly over the past few months to get themselves ready for this tournament. Our players, coaches and officials are excited to head to Canberra to represent our state with pride.
Football SA Coach Education Manager, Cristiano Dos Santos, believes in this year's crop of coaches:
We have been working closely with our coaches this year to build on what we have achieved previously at the Futsal Nationals. We want to play a style of Futsal which represents South Australia and we are looking forward to the challenge next week.”
