Media Release – Women’s Premier & State League Cup Final

The 2018 Women’s Premier & State Cup League Grand Final will be held on the 10th of August at VALO Football Centre – The Parks.

Both Seniors and Reserves will compete on the Friday night, with the Reserves kicking off at 6pm. The Reserve Cup Final will include both West Adelaide and Metro United WFC who will battle it out to be crowned 2018 Cup Champions.

The Seniors will kick off at 8:15pm, which will be live streamed by “Live Stream Australia” on the FFSA Facebook Page and YouTube Channel.

Live Stream Australia have been the sole streaming company for the 2018 season, providing a match of the round live stream match weekly.

We also welcome back Spiro Karanikos-Mimis and Paul Marcuccitti to the commentary team from Soccer on 531, as they will both be covering the Seniors match.

Both Spiro and Paul have made numerous appearances in our NPL/WNPL live stream double headers, covering each match with fellow commentator and radio presenter Andy Ruzgar.

West Adelaide and Adelaide City were both successful in their Semi-Final fixtures last night at VALO Football Centre.

West Adelaide enjoyed a strong 5-0 victory over Cumberland United, while Adelaide City beat Salisbury Inter 3-1.

Defending champions Adelaide City will be playing in their fifth straight Women’s Premier & State Cup Final, only winning the title once in the last 5 years.

West Adelaide last made the Cup Final back in 2014, where they knocked off City to become the Women’s Premier & State League Cup Champions.
