Football SA can confirm that the recent infrastructure project at Pitch Two at VALO Football Centre is now complete.
Funded by Sport AUS - Australian Sports Commission, a new 166 seated grandstand was erected back in October 2019, while a small artificial 'play pitch' next to the grandstand was installed in May, completing the upgrade.
The project will impact all levels of football; from grassroots, juniors, womens, multicultural groups and seniors, but particularly the Women's NPL with all games now able to be played at one venue.
The grandstand enables a camera operator to capture the action from an elevated position whilst giving the spectators a high level viewing experience.
