Adelaide United and Cumberland United are heading to the Hills in Football South Australia ‘Saturday at The Summit’ showcase event

Football South Australia in conjunction with RAA and the Mt Barker United Soccer Club are hosting a footballing showcase event at the newly constructed Summit Sport and Recreation Park on Saturday, July 3rd. 

The all-day event will consist of Adelaide United player appearances, merchandise stands, Adelaide Hills produce stands and multiple games of football to be played throughout the day.


Fixtures will be headlined by Adelaide United versus Cumberland United FC – with both sides currently sitting high on the RAA NPLSA table.

Pitch 2 will see Mt Barker United playing at their new fortress, taking on fellow State League Two side, Vipers FC.

The region’s new home of football provides state of the art facilities for Mt Barker United Soccer club, as well as serving as a base for the Adelaide Hills Junior Soccer Association. The football community now have access to two full-size premier synthetic pitches, clubrooms, four change rooms, two match officials change rooms and lighting to 350 lux.

All are welcome to this free event. This is a COVID-safe event and as such, social distancing must be practiced, and you must check-in / QR Code scan upon entry. Capacity is 1000, so get in quick and be a part of Hills football history.

Year on year population growth in the region placed the facility as a key strategic priority.
