Participants left VALO Football Centre with 'I play football' T-shirts, along with a signed poster and football cards.

ALDI MiniRoos development officer and former Adelaide United player, Tiarn Powell was pleased with how the day went.

It was a great way to link players to stars of our game through Football. The smiles on all the participant's faces were something I will never forget.

The Football in Schools program is going amazingly well and we cannot wait to help our new participants find new clubs around the state."

The Football in Schools program launched earlier this year in term one and has been implemented across approximately 60 schools across South Australia.

The after school program runs for 8-10 weeks and costs $100 per child or FREE with a SportsVoucher. Participants also receive an ALDI MiniRoos pack.
