Salisbury Inter vs FFSA NTC

Salisbury Inter has surprised the WNPL this season after an impressive stoppage-time winner against Adelaide Uni last week thanks to a Chantelle Ryder strike. Inter are undefeated in 2019 and face an underperforming NTC squad in Round 3. Adelaide Comets faced the reigning premiers in Round 2, and just to ensure they are welcomed to the top-flight, they face the reigning champions in Round 3. Adelaide City will be coming out full of confidence after netting 8 goals past Fulham United in Round 2 to give them naming rights as the team to chase early on in the season. Comets, however, showed to be the better team in the first half against Metro last week, ensuring the score was 1-1 at half time. If they continue their style of football, they can push City to the limits and open up the league as one for any team to win. Comets will be out to prove themselves this week and seek to get their first points of the 2019 season.
