Contributed to the game of football as a Player and Administrator, Order of Australia Medal (OAM), SASF Meritorious Service Award, Australian Sports Medal, Life Membership Broken Hill Soccer Association and Life Member South Soccer Club Broken Hill
Helped form the Broken Hill Soccer Association and was instrumental in starting the Broken Hill Youth League, High School Soccer Competition, Primary School Soccer and the Broken Hill Ladies Soccer Competition
Chairman Napredak Youth Soccer Club, President and Secretary Broken Hill Soccer Association
Associated with the game of football in excess of 60 years
