Coach of the Month | Les Pogliacomi (Campbelltown City)

Les Pogliacomi

Les is well known for his involvement in the game as a professional player but it’s his work over the past 4 years coaching the Under 11’s at Campbelltown City that has earned him coach of the month honours. Les is a positive role model for all players, demonstrating patience, encouragement and respect on and off the pitch. Whilst skill development is an important part of his coaching, goal setting and guiding the players to be good people are both extremely important to Les.

Volunteer of the Month | Kylie Dalakis (Salisbury Inter)

Kylie Dalakis

Kylie Dalakis has been a volunteer with Salisbury Inter Soccer Club for more than 20 years! Over the past six-years she has served as club secretary, on top of coaching the Under 7 Girls for the last two seasons. With the club witnessing rapid participation growth, increasing from 12 teams to 25, her role as secretary has become increasingly important, ensuring the club maintains a high level of administration across its operations. On top of this, Kylie finds time to work behind the bar for senior men’s games and in the canteen for girls and women’s games, all done with a smile on her face!
