Football South Australia is delighted to launch the Bendigo Bank Community Awards Program for 2020.
Football SA, in partnership with Bendigo Bank, has established the Bendigo Bank Community Awards Program to recognise the valued contribution of volunteers, coaches, referees and clubs to the sport of football in South Australia.
The state’s football community has rebounded strongly following our temporary suspension of activities in the wake of Covid-19 back in March of this year. The community awards program will provide the football family an opportunity to recognise the contribution of the game’s major stakeholders throughout this challenging period and for the remaining months of the season.
The awards program will see winners recognised each month within the following categories:
- Volunteer of the Month
- Coach of the Month
- Referee of the Month
- Club of the Month
Cash prizes will be awarded to recipients in each of the above categories with monthly winners forming the shortlist for the annual community awards, to be presented at the end of the 2020 season.
