Mt Barker United SC is seeking a team-building and passionate head coach to lead its Women’s & Girls programs.

MBUSC is committed to empowering women in sports and fostering a strong sense of teamwork, skill development, and personal growth. If you are a motivated and experienced coach who loves working with talented athletes, this could be the perfect role for you!

Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

👉 Relevant coaching experience, preferably with women's teams, and coaching accreditations

👉 Strong knowledge and understanding of the game

👉 Excellent communication and leadership skills

👉 Ability to motivate and inspire players

👉 Passionate about women's soccer and player development

We’re also seeking extra coaches for our junior girls programs, so if you’re interested please let us know.

As a Mount Barker United soccer coach, you will have the opportunity to shape and guide a group of talented individuals, fostering their love for the game and helping them reach their full potential.
