Junior Football Coaches Required for 2019 Season

Football is Australia’s fastest growing sport. At WT Birkalla we have a long history of developing junior players, mainly boys. In 2019, we will expand our teams to offer female football.

Due to this expansion, our Club is now on the lookout for keen and passionate junior football coaches for the 2019 season. We will have over 30 teams so coaches of all age groups (U5 – U17) are welcome to apply.

We develop our players by following the FFA National Curriculum. Supported by a Junior Technical Director, you may already have had some experience, however we are always open to new coaches joining the club.

This is a volunteer position, requiring the commitment of 1-2 training days per week (depending on age group) and Sunday games. In return we offer:

  • Professional Development by supporting training that may be required
  • Weekly training plans provided
  • Basic registration fees covered for 1 x son/daughter that may also join the club (this excludes new player fee)
  • Club Apparel
  • A fun and welcoming community club, with upgraded facilities.
