Resources and Information for Match Officials

Welcome to the home of Football SA’s Match Official information. At Football SA, we take immense pride in our Match Officials at all levels and want to support you on your journey.

Our local Match Officials are a living testament to the power of grassroots development. Starting from local pitches and community events, many have honed their skills, embraced challenges, and emerged as leaders on the world stage of Football officiating.

Their journey, like yours, begins at the grassroots level, where the passion for officiating is nurtured, and dreams take flight.

Exciting things are happening with the education of Match officials Australia-wide. In 2024 we will see the introduction of a refreshed qualification system.
